Tacos al Cochinita Pibil
Pork slow cooked in banana leaves with achiote served in a cast iron skillet with salsa chile de arbol, small salad, charro beans and warm corn tortillas
Mexican Club Torta/Pressed Mexican Club Sandwich
Ham, grilled chicken, bacon, avocado and Chihuahua cheese with a black bean-chipotle spread.  Served with sweet potato fries
