PASSED HORS D'OEUVRES
Our Chef has created a fantastic selection of both hot and cold hors d'oeuvres
to be passed during your reception.
            For a ½ hour reception, please choose 4 items.
            For 1 to 1 ½ hours, please choose 6 items.
            For 2 to 3 hours, please choose 8 items.
COLD PASSED HORS D'OEUVRES
Tostaditas (small crispy tortillas) can be topped with the following:
            Ceviche de Atún con camarones citrus marinated tuna and shrimp
            Ceviche de Pescado al Habanero White fish ceviche with habanero chiles
            Ceviche de Cangrejo al Mango Crab ceviche with mango
            Salpicon de Jaiba Jumbo lump crabmeat with poblano chiles, onions and cilantro
            Queso Fresco y Jitomates Tomatoes and queso fresco with salsa verde cruda
            Cochinita Pibil Achiote-marinated pork cooked wrapped in banana leaves
            Salpicon de Res Braised shredded beef with radishes, tomato and oregano
HOT PASSED HORS D'OEUVRES
Tacos or flautas are crisp extra fine corn tortillas that can be filled with your choice of:

Molotes are torpedo shaped masa "dumplings" that are stuffed with your choice of:
