REPOSADO/RESTED
Reposado tequila is aged in wood barrels from two to 12 months. These tequilas keep their fruit and floral flavors, but pick up the additional nuances of caramel and butterscotch that the wood imparts. These tequilas, while excellent when mixed, can also be enjoyed neat.

AÑEJO/AGED
Añejo tequila is aged in oak casks for a minimum of one year. The oak imparts an amber color and woody flavor while the oxidation that takes place through the porous wood develops the unique bouquet and taste. Served in a snifter, Aņejos are best enjoyed sipped, similar to fine scotches and cognacs.
